Handpainted pin striped skirt

I used vintage material for this handpainted skirt. It has a continuous pattern of flowers all around the handmade pin stripe skirt. The waist has an elastic band in the back to it has some give to it. The first photo is shown with a petticoat (not included) to show fullness. The second photo is without a petticoat.
